Your pet's happiness is the whole point — so if something's not quite right, we'll make it right. Every StateOfPaw order is protected by our 30-Day Happy Paw Guarantee.

30 Days to Change Your Mind

Not fully satisfied? You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items should be unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition you received them.

How to Start a Return

Email hello@stateofpaw.com with your order number and a quick note on why you're returning it. We'll get back to you within 24 hours with simple next steps.

Getting Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know it's approved — and your refund will land back on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

If Something Arrives Damaged

Mistakes happen. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away — we'll fix it fast, at no cost to you.

What's Not Covered

Gift cards and final sale items can't be returned.
